Hey there, my name's Hikaru, and also go by Ryu! I'm your local traveller VTuber whom is a flight attendant outside of the chronically online enviroment. Terms of Service

Want to Commission Me?Here are some important information to read before commissioning me:Reserved RightsI, Hika-Ryu,- reserve the right to decline any commission, regardless of reason.
-reserve all full rights over commissioned artwork, unless otherwise contractually negotiated. They may be used for promotional reasons for the artist, and redistributed for profit as prints.
-reserve the right to make changes to these terms at any time without notice, with the exception of commissioners who have an in-progress work with me.Process/Turn-Around Time
- Please either contact me through discord, twitter or bluesky for personal commissions! Anything for business, please go through email!
- At this time, turnaround for normal commissions are 10-30 days, and rushed commissions are from 2-7 days. This starts from the day the sketch is approved, and half the payment is received.
- Live2D Model artwork commissions have a turnaround time of 60-80 days.
- Please give me at least 48 hours to respond to any inquiries about commissions.
- The final product will be withheld until the full amount has been paid.
- If the commissioner decides to refund their full commission past the sketching approval, half of the payment will be kept as compensation for the artist's time.Payment- All transactions with be done through Paypal for the time being, until VGen is fully set up.
- Any priority orders will incur an additional fee of 25+ USD, as you are asking to jump the queue, and the price of this will be dependent on how many commissions will be affected.
- An full amount invoice will be sent to the commissioner. Commissioner at least need to pay half in order for their work to start.
- All listed prices are a base price and subject to change depending on complexity.
- Any additional modifications after sketch approval will incur an compensation fee at the artist's discretion.Other Rules- Always credit the artist, and please refrain from reposting without credit.
- Please communicate with me if you have any problems or trouble. I'd be more than willing to compromise.Please follow the T.O.S. guideline set.
